Lace Up 4 Pediatric Cancer began in the fall of 2011. Since then, professional, college and youth teams have participated in raising funds and awareness for the 1 disease killer of children. To date, over 250,000 athletes have Laced Up to show their commitment to the fight against pediatric cancer.

Go4theGoal works to improve the lives of children battling cancer by providing financial assistance, granting special wishes, developing unique hospital programs, and funding innovative research.

The event will involve the purchase and wearing of Golden Laces by each player on the JV and Varsity UDHS Cardinal Baseball Teams.

Every player will participate in this event and wear their golden laces to pay tribute to this great cause. If we achieve our goal of raising $500 by the end of the season, we will have helped may families that are faced with Pediatric Cancer. If we raise $1000 or more, we will be given enough laces for next year’s event.
